Hi this is Oakdale MN Chiropractor Dr. Ben Smetana.  I just found this interesting article in the Doctors Resource Center on our website.  The article looks at changes the FDA will be makibng to the nutrition facts panel on most packaged food labels to help consumers make informed food choices.  Take note of the change to the “fat” label, the FDA is coming around to what we have been talking about for years; that the type of fat is more important that the amount of fat.  Read more below…
