Hi, This is Oakdale, MN Chiropractor Dr. Ben Smetana, I just found this article in the Doctor’s Resource Center on our website.  The article adds to the growing evidence that diets that contain healthy fats improve hormone sensitivity and benefit those who suffer from conditions such as metabolic syndrome.  It would make sense that adding healthy fats to our diet, such as those contained in flaxseeds, would also benefit those suffering from other hormone resistant conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, infertility and weight loss resistance.
